There’s enough of a challenge for any fixture supplier to produce a quality fixture package for their retail customer. The real challenge comes in providing that same customer with a concept to completion experience. Whether your needs include design services or producing a prototype or providing warehousing space and logistics coordination for a major rollout, our team of solutions-based employees are here to help you through the process. RFS is a project management based supplier and distributor of retail store fixture packages. Here are the services that we offer:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
Managing all of the details in the concept through completion idea takes time. And time is money. Our experienced PM team eliminates the need for you to manage every little detail of a single store, multi store, remodel or national rollout. And it’s paying attention to all of those little details that sets RFS apart from other fixture suppliers and PM Companies
DESIGN: Our design team can assist you with a fixture floor plan, stockroom layout, shelving profiles, product drawings, presentation renderings and a variety of other design services.
ENGINEERING/PROTOTYPING:
From the concept to the working drawings to the working prototype, our engineers are focused on getting the product right. It is also important to communicate important details like wall blocking requirements for cabinetry or specialty millwork. Once all details are complete, we will always supply you with a submittal package with all material and product specifications for you to review and approve.
FULFILLMENT/PRODUCTION:
Once a product's details have been approved, RFS takes all of the responsibility to make sure to deliver quality products, on time and in budget. Whether your requirements are for Lozier metal fixtures, heavy duty stockroom racking or a custom millwork package, we will get it right the first time. Our manufacturing partners are screened and preapproved by us to produce a consistent product that meets our high standards each and every time.
WAREHOUSING/LOGISTICS COORDINATION:
Making sure that deliveries are made on time is another cornerstone of our Services Portfolio. We have the warehousing space to support a small store opening schedule or a major rollout or remodel. Building product in volume can also help increase material yields thus reducing material costs.
PERMIT EXPEDITING:
Not all projects require a permit. However, when they do, RFS is experienced in the permitting process. We hold a number of state building contractor’s and specialty Licenses thus allowing us the ability to permit our own projects. And, in high seismic zones, we can also prepare and submit the structural submittal package thus eliminating another challenge in the concept through completion process.
INSTALLATION:
Whether your project is for a single store or multi-store store rollout, metal shelving, stockroom racking or a custom millwork package, we have the crews ready to serve you. Our installers are experienced in all aspects of store fixtures and commercial cabinetry packages. We have the ability to install from coast to coast, in the city or in the country. Our work is always completed with the utmost professionalism and care. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
